Digital licences are issued automatically once payment clears — usually within minutes, and always the same working day. Physical items (boxed software, workstations and peripherals) leave our Lagos counter within one business day of a confirmed order.
Yes. We deliver to every state in Nigeria through our courier partners, typically in two to four business days depending on the destination. Delivery is free on orders over ₦100,000; below that a flat rate is calculated at checkout from your delivery address.
You can. Choose collection at checkout and we will hold the order at our counter for seven days. Bring the order reference and the ID used on the account. If you are collecting a workstation, call ahead and we will have it imaged and ready.
Sign in and open My Orders — every order shows its current stage, and any courier tracking number appears there as soon as the parcel is booked. We also email you at each change of status.
